Interview with Tim Houghton, TMF Group

The Island Walk is a fantastic community event that relies on a huge team of volunteers, as well as sponsors, to ensure that everyone has a safe and fun walk and that every penny raised goes to charity.

Tips from a seasoned Walker

John Armstrong is 72, and is about to undertake his 10th TMF Island Walk. John says he does it for his own personal challenge, the comradery, for the charities, and because you get to see the whole of our beautiful island. He also admits that the 48 miles are hard work, but well worth it.

Jersey's Greatest Charity Challenge

The TMF Island Walk takes place in just over three weeks, but there’s still time for Islanders to register and be a part of Jersey’s greatest charity challenge.

The medals have arrived!

We would like to thank Adapt Design and Advertising for all their hard work designing, producing and most importantly ensuring these medals reached us in good time.

Jersey Water Containers

To help reduce the use of throwaway plastic bottles, Jersey Water are kindly supplying water containers so all walkers can refill their own bottles.

2018 Medals!

Check out these little beauties. Fresh off the production line. Each medal is 3mm thick and 70mm wide, attached to a white ribbon with printed logo.

Sponsorship Forms

Whilst you can raise funds via your personal online donation page, we are also providing all walkers with paper sponsor forms. Some walkers prefer to circulate paper forms around family and friends.

Record Breaking Entry

Last year, 58 staff from across Brooks Macdonald’s offices in Jersey, Guernsey, London, Edinburgh, York, Hampshire, Manchester, Hale and Leamington Spa raised £14,000 by taking on the 2017 Island Walk.
